Make It Massive

Make It Massive is a 2+ year strategic advisory and coaching journey that takes a CEO/founder through the entire process of organizing their life, business, and leadership approach around their purpose and becoming a history-shaper. It blends the components of mindset coaching, leadership brand development, strategic planning, and systemic leadership practices. 

This is a significant investment of time, money, energy, and brand equity. It is not for the faint-hearted. Embarking on the journey to use your resources and influence to shape history is fraught with risk. But we know that if our paths have crossed, it very likely means it is time to work together. In our two years together, we guide you through the following phases:

Becoming Indomable

“Indomable” is a Spanish word that Virginia Lacayo, Ph.D. uses to describe the heightened state of consciousness achieved by leaders who are called to create purposeful, significant, and sustainable change within their organizations, industries, and communities. It is the mindset of all conscious history-shapers. 

Becoming Indomable is a proprietary coaching methodology that blends neuroscience, mindset coaching, and systemic leadership principles. It is specifically designed for successful CEOs/founders who want to reach an Indomable level of consciousness so they have the confidence and clarity to take on history-shaping initiatives. 

Becoming Indomable is an iterative coaching process, not a program or a formula. Every client will have a unique experience but common outcomes include:

Systemic Consciousness

Most business leaders have built and run their businesses as sophisticated machines. This required a leadership mindset of hierarchy,  productivity, and efficiency, Social/systemic change requires a different approach: systemic consciousness. This is because social/systemic change is never a singular event led by a singular person. It is always grassroots. 

We work with you and your team to move from seeing your organization and its systems as a machine to seeing it as a living organism from which others are enrolling in the vision, collaborating on ideas, and building natural momentum. We work with you to establish systemic leadership as an organizational skill. Through coaching, learning labs, and community meetings, we teach you how to holistically see the system you are trying to change while also harnessing the power of people that also want to change a system. 

You and your team will learn how to:

  • Apply systems thinking and complexity science to systemic change and holistic problem-solving.

  • Uncover effective solutions to intrinsic problems through decentralized leadership processes and practicing inclusive and diverse collaboration.

  • Promote a culture of innovation by applying complexity-based methodologies and techniques.

  • Develop a systemic approach to strategic planning in complex and uncertain times.

  • Anticipate and significantly (and ethically) reduce resistance to change through the understanding of individual and collective mental models.
