We are blending our best-in-the-world wisdom and skills to provide a comprehensive coaching program for thought-leaders, agitators, systems challengers, and social justice voices. Our methodology is the integration of axiology (intrinsic, extrinsic, systemic), mind mastery, personal branding, systemic leadership, and neuroscience - with a dash of the mystical.

Virginia Lacayo, Ph.D.

CEO & Co-Founder

Driven by the belief that is easy to colonize an unchallenged mind, Virginia Lacayo, Ph.D. is co-founder and CEO of Massive, a coaching practice that guides and equips business leaders called to use their status and power to take on systemic change. Dr. Lacayo is a certified mindset coach, a thought leader in the field of communication for social/organizational change, a complexity scientist, and a systemic leadership expert.  

Virginia is a committed social entrepreneur and feminist activist. She mentors women activists fighting for social justice throughout Latin America. Virginia hosts the popular Spanish-language podcast, “Indomable” and also serves as President of FCAM, a feminist organization supporting women’s rights in Central America. 

Dr. Lacayo holds dual citizenship from Nicaragua and France and currently resides in Austin, Texas. Since earning her doctorate in Communication for Development from the University of Ohio, Virginia’s rich and diverse background stretches across four continents and includes consulting, facilitating, serving as a faculty member, working for the UN, and producing a successful television show. Outside of her work, Virginia enjoys spending time with her son, and her partner and believes deeply in the transformational power of coaching, music, friendship, and laughter.

Justin Foster

Co-Founder

After many years as a brand coach, this belief inspired him to co-found Massive, a coaching practice dedicated to supporting CEOs and founders who are called to use their status and brand to take on systemic change.  Along a journey that began on a cattle ranch in eastern Oregon, Justin has spent two decades providing unconventional and often heretical strategic coaching to leaders in every sector and industry. 

Utilizing a combination of wisdom and wit, Justin is adept at translating what the souls of leaders are trying to express to the world. His gifts of strategic intuition and mastery of language have built his reputation for always uncovering the perfect words to say in any situation. His love for language extends beyond the business world as a poet, essayist, and songwriter - and as the published author of four books. Justin is a sought-after international speaker noted for his directness, pithiness, and folksy style of speaking. He is a vocal advocate for neurodiversity, conscious masculinity, and mental health. 

In his coaching, writing, and speaking, Justin seeks to inspire others to go inward, embrace the mystery, and show the world who they truly are. Justin lives in Austin, TX with his partner and their son and also has two grown children and two grandchildren. He loves deep conversations, great coffee, good bourbon, and real country music.
