Stronger Activists. Stronger Movements. Sustainable Change.
Coaching for Activists is a foundation-funded coaching program empowering frontline leaders to thrive, lead, and create lasting systemic impact.

Leading Change Takes a TollÂ
Leading change takes a toll. Activists and grassroots leaders stand on the front lines of systemic inequality, environmental collapse, and societal polarization, often with limited resources and overwhelming responsibilities.
Burnout, compassion fatigue, and emotional exhaustion aren’t just personal crises—they’re systemic risks that threaten the sustainability and effectiveness of social movements. When leaders falter, initiatives lose momentum. Entire communities feel the ripple effects.
The truth is, activists don’t just need funding for projects. They need support for themselves: tools, strategies, and a community to sustain their leadership. Without it, even the most passionate changemakers risk losing their spark, capacity to lead, and their impact.

What Participants Gain
By the end of the program, participants will:
- Learn to process emotions and manage stress, reducing burnout and fostering clarity.

- Strengthen interpersonal relationships, set healthy boundaries, and enhance collaboration.
- Develop strategies for effective time and energy management in high-stress environments.
- Apply systemic thinking to design transformative solutions for their organizations and communities.
- Join a lifetime online community for ongoing mentorship, collaboration, and support.
